This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed on sportyarena.store, operated by Keshsagar Traders Private Limited, Office No. 411-A, 4th Floor, The Mark, Palasiya, Indore Manorama Ganj, Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India, 452001. GSTIN: 23AALCK4694A1ZL.
We currently deliver to all serviceable PIN codes across India. Serviceability is verified at checkout using PIN code validation. If your PIN code is not serviceable, you will be notified during the checkout process. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Standard Shipping: ₹79 per order for orders below ₹999.
Free Shipping: Orders of ₹999 or above qualify for free standard shipping across India.
Shipping charges are clearly displayed at checkout before order placement. The final payable amount shown at checkout is inclusive of all applicable shipping charges.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after order confirmation. For UPI payments, processing begins after successful payment verification. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, processing begins immediately after order placement. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding Indian public holidays.
Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad): 3-5 business days from dispatch.
Tier 2 Cities: 5-7 business days from dispatch.
Tier 3 Cities & Rural Areas: 7-10 business days from dispatch.
Remote / North-East India: 7-12 business days from dispatch.
These are estimated timelines and actual delivery may vary depending on courier partner availability, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.
We work with reputed courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. The courier partner for your order is selected based on serviceability and delivery speed to your location. Courier partner details will be shared along with the tracking information.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link. You can also track your order on our website using the Track Order page by entering your order number. Tracking information may take 12-24 hours to reflect in the courier partner's system after dispatch.
Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed after 3 attempts due to incorrect address, unavailability of recipient, or refusal to accept: the order will be returned to our warehouse; for prepaid orders, a refund will be processed after deducting return shipping charges; for COD orders, the order will be cancelled. Please ensure that the delivery address and phone number provided are accurate and that someone is available to receive the order.
If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address, PIN code mismatch, or recipient unavailability, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipment charges may apply. If re-shipment is not possible or declined, a refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
If you receive a damaged package, please: do not accept the delivery if damage is visible; if already accepted, take photographs of the packaging and product; contact us within 48 hours at info@sportyarena.store with your order number and photographs. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
COD is available for orders up to ₹5,000 on serviceable PIN codes. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. Our delivery partners accept cash payments only. COD availability may vary based on location and is subject to change.
While we strive to deliver within estimated timelines, delays may occur due to: natural disasters, floods, or severe weather; government restrictions, lockdowns, or curfews; courier partner strikes or operational issues; high-volume periods (festivals, sales); circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In case of significant delays, we will notify you via email and provide updated delivery estimates.
