This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made on sportyarena.store, operated by Keshsagar Traders Private Limited, Office No. 411-A, 4th Floor, The Mark, Palasiya, Indore Manorama Ganj, Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India, 452001. GSTIN: 23AALCK4694A1ZL.
Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of placement, provided the order has not already been dispatched. To cancel, email us at info@sportyarena.store with your order number and reason for cancellation.
After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after receiving the product as per the return policy below.
Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or inability to verify payment. In such cases, a full refund will be initiated within 48 hours.
Return Window: You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the product must be: unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received; in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact; not a product excluded from returns (see Section 5).
How to Initiate a Return: Email us at info@sportyarena.store with: your order number, product name and quantity, reason for return, and photographs of the product (if damaged/defective). We will review your request and respond within 48 hours with return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds:
UPI Payments: Refund will be processed to your original UPI-linked bank account within 5-7 business days from approval.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) to your bank account within 7-10 business days from approval. You will be asked to provide your bank account details (account number, IFSC code, account holder name).
Cancellations (before dispatch): Refund for prepaid orders will be processed within 3-5 business days.
Rejected Refunds: If the returned product does not meet eligibility criteria, the refund will be declined and the product will be shipped back to you at your expense.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with: your order number, photographs clearly showing the damage/defect, and a brief description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Return shipping for damaged/defective products will be borne by us.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless received in damaged or defective condition: personal protective equipment (mouthguards, protective cups) once opened; swimwear and innerwear once packaging is opened; products with broken seals or missing tags; customized or personalized products; items purchased during clearance sales (marked as "Final Sale").
Direct exchanges are subject to product availability. To request an exchange, follow the return process described above and mention your preferred replacement. If the replacement product is of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference. If of lower value, the difference will be refunded.
Damaged/Defective Products: Return shipping is free (borne by us).
Change of Mind Returns: Return shipping charges of ₹79 will be deducted from the refund amount, or you may arrange your own return shipping.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are transferred to the bank account provided by the customer. We do not issue refunds in cash.
If you have not received your refund within the specified timeline: first, check your bank account and UPI transaction history; then contact your bank, as processing times may vary; if you still have not received the refund, contact us at info@sportyarena.store.
